I publish negative reviews, consumer complaints, and criticism of Jagex’s customer treatment and business ethics.

Complaints are published. Personal identities are not.

This site criticizes Jagex. It does not expose the private identities of customers who submit complaints. The rules below are mandatory.

Not affiliated with Jagex

I do not work for Jagex. Jagex does not operate this site. The name “Jagex” appears only to identify the company that is the subject of the criticism — not to claim partnership, authorization, or official status.

No commercial use of the name

This domain is used for noncommercial consumer criticism: my experience with Jagex, negative reviews, and redacted consumer complaints. I have never offered the domain for sale. There is no advertising or donation revenue. There is no lookalike login, store, or support page. I use the name to identify the subject of criticism, not to profit from Jagex’s brand. What is published

  • Text of Jagex notices: bans, mutes, appeal responses, and support messages.
  • Redacted facts required to understand the consumer complaint.
  • Opinion comparing that treatment with Jagex’s public rules and stated policies.

What is never published

  • Usernames, real names, or display names of complainants.
  • Email addresses, account identifiers, order numbers, or other personal identifiers.
  • Unredacted names of third parties appearing in screenshots.

Submissions

Submissions are voluntary. Remove your personal information before sending. If personal information remains, I will redact it before publication. Requests to remove or further anonymize a published complaint will be handled.

No tracking

This site does not use advertising networks, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing scripts. Pages load a stylesheet, a small local script, and web fonts. No visitor profiles are built for advertising.

Screenshots

Screenshots are used only when they illustrate a specific complaint — for example, a confusing ban notice. Official Jagex promotional art and logos are not used.

Corrections

If a published fact is wrong, contact me through the submission page. I will correct it.
